Right ok this is the next instalment lol, the final cause of what caused the engine to die we think was due to a serious oil pump falure, oviously that caused no oil to flow around properly to the head wich did that alot of good and also which did the head gasket oil to floud the engine wich starved the turbo an caused the bearing to collapse which caused so much shaft play it had bent and chipped the blades contaminating the oil suplly an god now what else im having it sent to a specialist for his oppinion,with all that we noticed the cams were scorn aswell as the crank i could had the crank reground etc but already bought standard size acl race bearing not oversized so instead of messing around trying to source new oversized set and losing out £££ on the standard set, so now im having to buy a new sexy forged crank.

We also noticed the gerbox could do with replacing as it felt a bit notchy so i orderd up a fully reconed gearbox and two way cusco diff, along with a new sump as mine was batterd.

Im trying to hav as little as lag as possible aswell as having very efficiant flow, so were debating doin away whith the dual rear exit exhaust system and are thinking of goin out the drivers side rear vent
(were the intercooler was) but for it to be lagal for odd occational road use it oviosly has to comply with mot decebell level etc not to mention the big flames pop from it into oncoming travic wich is needless to say it is very tempting.
The pace chargercooler is to large for the engine bay as i had to go for the 4 core series which is only one they make thats good for 500bhp or more deppending on rad size pump size etc,but after more research i opted to go for a boot mounted intercooler instead but were having to fabricate all the pipe work from scratch having to fit dump valves etc,but should work extreamly well as its now away from the engine so wont suffer from heat soak etc.

i had the chargercooler polished aswell as the rad and swirl pot just incase i decided to use it in the boot

I spent the hole day cleaning the box down ready for a fresh lick of paint

i decided to go for sleeves are made from Moly2000 centrifugal spun-cast carbon chrome-molly ductile iron. The material is a high tensile alloy with a 255 Brinell hardness rating wich means there strong as fcuk for added strenth to the cylender walls, custom made from the states cost a fortunnneeee!!!!

The inconel exhaust mannifold was modified to fit garret 30 series turbo and also ceramic coated

it also soon became aparent that the act paddle clutch wasnt going to be man enough for my raised hp figures and it was seriously doubtfull that it would put up with more than a couple of launches at 2bar boost up the strip, so a new desighned os giken multi plate ceramic paddle clutch with its own lightend flywheel was sourced fresh from japan it turned up last week its a fuckin beast still cant beleive i paid as much as i did (£1440) could of bought a car but should put up with the 2bar launches all day long along with sum ARP flywheel bolts, anyway pic's for you all

once again it became aparent that the 305ltr walbro fuel pump wasnt goint to be man enough so i desighned a twin pump system at the workshop today 305ltr walbros have been scraped to make way for two new bosch 044 pumps

after double the amount of torque from standard the mounts had to be uprated to polly mount to stop the engine from flexing

now just to fit the inlet mannifold, rocker cover, throttle body,samco ancilary and coolant hose kit, fuel preasure regulator, 8- braided fuel hose, the twin intank fuel pumps, swirl pot, cut the boot out for the boot mount R34 greddy intercooler, twin 10" spal fans, side exit exhaust and so much more but im starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel as it were, irl keep you lot posted

its been a while since i last updated my thread on ther forum alot has changed with the build in the name of more power lol any way pics and info

a couple of bits iv had come back ready to bolt on

i got bord of all the bling in the engine bay and decided to toan it down a little, even tho it did only see one car show, so i had a spare rocker cover custom coated in the marinello crackel paint in black finished off with Greddy oil filler cap and some stainles bolts









polished mannifold it staying that came back from the fabricaters today, as the did they instalation of the knife edge throttle bodie

picked up some goodys today a link knock sensor with display a triple dash pod and a set of ultra ultra rare toyota jdm wind defflectors, to show how rare they are i phoned toyota to find out if they had some fresh clips and on there records it shows there were only a handfull ever made as the where an optional extra only in japan.







just waiting on a apexi oil pressure guage to finish it off but as usual there not easy to come by the old school version
