JAE 2010 10=12TH SEPTEMBER

Welcome to JAE, the Japanese Auto Extravaganza - the UK's largest gathering of Japanese cars, clubs and scene.

JAE is a full weekend of camping, entertainment and actvities which embraces all Japanese cars from the UK and Europe for a weekend of likeminded familty fun.

Now in its 15th year, JAE continues to be the favourite event for the Japanese car scene.

Tickets and Club stands

Car Clubs can book tickets in advance at the discounted rate of £20 for the entire three day weekend! A discount of £5 per person of the normal gate fee. Tickets and passes will be sent to you nearer the time but before that you need to make sure you have your car club securely located on our map and in the best position. Be with your fellow clubs and make sure your friends are near

Clubs will need to complete a registration form to book their stand space and also your very own dedicated camping areas, just for your members. Make sure you specify where you want to be and let us know who you want to be near (or who you want to avoid!) Those opting to be nearer the main action arenas and halls had better get in early as these spaces fill up fast!

Stand space for car clubs is available at the following rates inc-VAT (per 20m x 20m):

* Fuji £22 (FULL)

All space is to be used for camping and cars. If you want to know how much space you need just ask the question and we can talk it through with you. Just call or send us an enquiry form!

Competitions

Remember to check out the list of events and activities and make sure you enter your team into the IKO and other competitions. Make sure you check back for regular updates and keep in touch through the forum for the latest news and information

All car clubs can enter any of the competitions and almost all the other activities beyond the funfair and circus big top are free!

Each car club will get a pass to enter ONE or TWO cars into the JAE Show Car Competition. The best cars from each club will be on show all day Saturday right opposite the busy trade area. Our judges will pick the very best cars and the winners will receive their awards at our trophy presentation on Saturday night (just after the fireworks)

Families

Fuji is reserved for families only and is a quiet area with a 10pm strictly enforced curfew. We hope that people will respect this and allows those with small children a quiet place to camp away from all the noise. During the day there is to be no loud music played in this area also as some families will be with very small children
